About CanadaMeds Info Hub

An independent reference for understanding how licensed pharmacies, prescriptions, and cross-border medication rules actually work.

Why This Site Exists

Searches related to Canadian pharmacies, prescription requirements, and cross-border medication orders turn up an enormous amount of marketing material and very little plain, sourced explanation of how any of it actually works. CanadaMeds Info Hub was built to fill that gap: a single place to read about pharmacy licensing, prescription rules, pricing, and the regulatory context around ordering medication from outside the United States, without a storefront, a cart, or a sales pitch attached to it.

This site does not sell medication, does not fill prescriptions, and does not partner with or promote any specific pharmacy, wholesaler, or online storefront. It is a reference, comparable in spirit to a consumer-education guide, not a vendor.

What You Will Find Here

Articles on this site are organized around the practical questions people actually have before they consider ordering medication internationally or evaluating a pharmacy's legitimacy:

What You Will Not Find Here

You will not find a product catalog, price quotes for specific drugs, checkout flow, referral links to specific pharmacies, or promises about delivery timelines from a named vendor. This site intentionally avoids naming or linking to individual pharmacy brands, marketplaces, or storefronts, because recommending a specific seller is outside the scope of a neutral information resource and is not something we are positioned to verify on an ongoing basis.

Editorial Standards

Every core article is checked by a named reviewer, Dr. Kenneth Berdick, against publicly available regulatory and clinical sources before publication. You can read more about that process on the reviewers page. Articles are dated, and when a page is materially updated, that date changes.

We rely on primary and government sources wherever possible, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Health Canada, and the World Health Organization. Where a claim is about regulation or law, we try to link directly to the relevant regulatory body rather than to secondary commentary.

Independence

CanadaMeds Info Hub is editorially independent. We do not accept payment to feature a pharmacy, wholesaler, or manufacturer, and we do not run advertising that promotes the purchase of specific medications. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to disclose it.
